As Junior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
Actively helping on the sales funnel, by:
- Approaching leads via various channels;
- Converting leads into prospects and clients;
- Account management;
- Proactively cooperate in all new-business related tasks, if successful you will get your own sub-market;
- Maintaining Salesforce;
- Gaining knowledge of the assigned market;
- Participate in marketing actions;
- Understanding status of sales funnel;
The primary focus will be on developing the pension market in the Netherlands and other European countries.
- Completed study at higher professional education level (HBO);
- Sales- and Result driven, pick up the phone and call those prospects!;
- Fluent in English. Dutch is a big plus;
- Team player
- Communicative, positive and 'can do' mentality, hunger for deals!;
- Willing to travel within Europe, approximately 2 days per month;
- Willing to learn and affinity with software.
