You will work in the Amsterdam office but closely collaborate with colleagues in eight other countries.

Over de functie

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings;
  • Organize meetings: book location, create agenda and take minutes;
  • Create vendors and purchase orders (SAP);
  • Book group travels (hotels, flights, more);
  • Organize and work with various documentation systems;
  • Support the onboarding of new colleagues;
  • Provide project support for the assigned teams;
  • Shared tasks: welcome guests, orders office supplies, post and more.

Requirements:
  • MBO or Bachelor Degree;
  • A first experience in an administrative support role;
  • Understanding of clinical operations is considered a plus;
  • Excellent command of the English language, Dutch is considered an asset;
  • Good work proficiency of Microsoft Office, SAP, ShareRoom;
  • Demonstrated ownership for your decisions and actions;
  • Together with your internal customers you come up with innovative ideas to improve processes in a matrix organization;
  • Able to prioritize your work and flexible towards changes in work situations.
