For our client in Amsterdam Zuid, we are looking for a substitute receptionist to cover the holidays and sick leeves of the permanent receptionists.

For the coming months, we request you to be available between July 23rd and September 26th for 2 or 3 days per week. More dates will follow in the course of the year.
- are hospitable and service minded;
- act as a gate keeper in the site security management processes;
- provide support to the management assistants;
- welcome visitors, open doors, gate, lift;
- send and deliver packages;
- request taxis;
- are actively involved in safety and security risks identification;
- request, hand out and return visitor badges;
- perform administrative tasks like uploading job profiles, scanning and archiving contracts, scheduling interviews, creating purchase orders and ordering office supplies;
- are the 1st point of contact for facility issues.
You have relevant experience and good social skills. Additionally, you are fluent in English, proactive, trustful, flexible, collaborative and service minded.
