We are looking for a unicorn! Do you have experience as a mechanical engineer or within electronics and are you a true multi tasker? We have a unique job for you!

Over de functie

- Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting issues;
- Occasional repairing and calibration of Pro Line units;
- Backup for the Customer Service Technician (repairs, training, spare parts ordering, inventory);
- Respond to customer requests and assist with accurate information (queries, complaints, returns);
- Apply templates and processes to the communication, suggest improvements on the processes, and contribute to the team's successful general performance;
- Work closely with other departments within the company.

- Native/Business level fluency in written and spoken English (C2), plus one extra EU language on a fluent level (minimum B2);
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a hands-on technical role;
- Customer Service experience (B2B or B2C); specific experience in the Health/Fitness sector is a bonus;
- Excellent verbal & written communication and listening skills; impeccable professional phone manner;
- Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks using strong organizational skills.
