Are you fluent in English and fluent in Swedish? Do you have 1 to 2 year experience in customer service and are you service minded? We are looking for a service coordinator native Swedish, fluent English or Dutch.

Our client is a creator of mobility products for small children. Originally from the Netherlands they have their head office based in Amsterdam, and together with offices all over the world they inspire people to get out and explore the world.

As service coordinator you advise and provide service to customers, coordinate service activities and assist in maintenance and reporting of service data with the objective to satisfy retailers and consumers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
  • Respond to in and out coming e-mail and telecommunications to deal with complaints from retailers and consumers;
  • Register guarantee coverage and identify replacement components in order to provide services to customers;
  • Provide clerical or administrative support such as filing and documentation of post sales services records;
  • Register and report customer complaints in order to inform R&D.

What we are looking for:
The service coordinator we are looking for has an intermediate vocational education (MBO) and has 1 to 2 years experience in customer service. You have specific skills in customer service communications and experience in customer oriented environment. It is important that you like the administrative aspect of the job because this will be a substantial part of this role.
