Are you an experienced PA and do you have a Bachelor's Degree? We're looking for a Personal Assistant for the CEO of a big real estate company in Amsterdam.

About the job

Main responsibilities:
  • Event management of conferences, off-site meetings, internal staff meetings, company holiday parties and corporate retreats; including coordination, execution and trouble-shooting. Planning of investor road shows, meeting schedules, first point of contact;
  • Organize and set up phone conference meetings and summarize action points;
  • Prepare travel arrangements for CEO, board members and occasionally other employees including flights, hotel accommodations, car rental, etc.;
  • Act as back-up for receptionist and other PA;
  • Perform all administrative functions needed including typing correspondence, memos and presentations, copying faxing, filing, screening/answering manager¡¦s incoming calls and daily correspondence, etc.;
  • Keeps a record of all sensitive and important information safely and securely;
  • Work with other (administrative) personnel on various projects.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with advanced skills as an Executive Assistant in a professional office environment, preferably within an international company;
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing) and preferably one other European language (such as Dutch, Polish, Hebrew);
  • HBO or equivalent level of education preferably in business, office management, or administration;
  • Must have proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet.
