- Design and deliver training, workshops and blended learning tools;
- Lead project teams to develop engaging, intuitive and useful digital courses;
- Work with managers, trainers and Subject Matter Experts to optimize their training and workshops;
- Maintain and improve the knowledge base and distribution of learning materials;
- Manage the New Employee Orientation program to ensure new employees have a rewarding and productive onboarding experience;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that advance productivity.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- 5 years experience in a training & development role, with a background in digital and blended learning;
- Strong planning and organizational skills, from concept to implementation;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple concurrent projects;
- Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels;
- Confident, resilient, diplomatic and takes initiative;
- Track record of delivering excellence in an international environment;
- University degree.
