We are looking for a part time secretary (temporary for 4 months) with strong administrative and organizational skills. You will be working within a team of secretaries supporting various departments and staff members. Are you able to multitask and work indepentently and do you have a keen eye for detail?

About the job

Main responsibilities:
  • Administration and maintaining database;
  • Coordination publications;
  • Drafting contracts;
  • Support Team Managers, Editors and Researchers;
  • HBO level of education;
  • Preferably a secretarial or Personal Assistant degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary in an international environment;
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written (fluency in another common language would be an advantage);
  • IT proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Affinity with legal or tax terminology would be a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills (written/oral);
  • Experienced in working with expats.
