As a Marketing Assistant, Saskia Jousma is the linking pin at Projob. She enjoys supporting everyone, regardless of the department. The broader and more diverse, the better. That's also the reason she chose to study Communications (she's in her fourth year). "I like that you start very broadly and gradually specialize in a specific area. I also enjoy the fact that there is a lot of focus on personal development and gaining practical experience."
Saskia was always the one who shouted the loudest about how awful running is, and now she does it herself. "Funny, isn't it? I enjoy it, especially the good feeling afterward." She is aiming for the half marathon in Utrecht. "I'm enthusiastic, but I don't push myself too hard. I recently ran 22 kilometers, but I take it easy. And if I'm honest, I'll admit that it wasn't really the plan to run that far: I got lost."
Photography and reading books are things Saskia loves. Paperback books, to be precise. "I don't like e-books, reading from a screen doesn't appeal to me." Reading is more than just a vacation thing. "I can always enjoy reading. My father, who reads a lot, passes his books on to me. And every now and then, I buy a book myself."
Others say about Saskia that she 'laughs a lot and never says no.' "True, I always say yes. But if I think I can't manage, I just say that right away!"
