Door van de Ven is a Recruitment Consultant at Projob. She enjoys being there for the people around her and she brings cheerful energy with her. Even when things get tough, Door remains positive. "While climbing Mount Rinjani in Lombok, I realized that a positive mindset can truly motivate you to persevere. And that way, you can also positively influence others. Door loves getting things done. Already during her studies, she started a company with a few other students. She found interacting with clients the most enjoyable aspect of her work back then. Her genuine interest in people means she loves asking everyone - in a very natural way - about their lives.
When Door goes skiing, preferably with her family, she loses track of time. She loves the fresh air and the mountains, but just as much, she loves the family feeling afterwards. "It’s fun having a game night all together in the evening. With a glass of wine, super cozy!" To unwind, Door prefers to exercise and be outdoors, in nature. "That really works like a medicine for me. It recharges me in no time."
