There are several factors which influence each other simultaneously in complex situations. The question is how we deal with this complexity, when doing nothing is not an option. Which strategies do we have at our disposal to find the right direction within ourselves, in our teams and as a company? We need new mental images and new perspectives on situations. This training course focusses on creating an action-oriented approach to complex issues in a very unique way. Together, we will develop several strategies, scenarios and seek alternative solutions. We will work with all types of intelligence and knowledge levels to find a strategy that goes hand in hand with your role, position and function.
