It is not just a game but a proven effective method for teams in the process of change or wishing to optimize their inter-team collaboration.

In this tailor-made workshop Teambuilding, the focus of the team is on developing those qualities which are already present within the team. The participants build gradually upon the insights gained during the workshop. They themselves assign meaning to the structures that they created. The team shares stories and works together to achieve an effective result.
