What to Expect
In today's dynamic work environment, stress can be both a stimulus and a challenge. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore what stress really is, how the body and brain respond to it, and the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress. Participants will identify common stress factors, learn to recognize early warning signs, and gain practical strategies to maintain balance in their stress levels.
With a mix of insights, reflection, and exercises, participants will leave the workshop with increased awareness and concrete tools to manage stress more effectively, both at work and beyond.
