In this training, you will learn techniques to make a better impression on existing or new contacts, or during your first meeting with a new client. We offer support at various levels: empowering and becoming more self-aware in your relationship with others, thinking about next steps to build and maintain relationships, and identifying and capitalising on opportunities. The impact of new technology such as AI is also included. In short: a practical training in persuasive presentation, smart networking, and increasing your likeability factor when securing new assignments. Topics covered:

• Voice technique

• Pitching using modern technology (including AI)

• Mindset and mental resilience

• Conversation technique(s)

• Dealing with objections and resistance

• (Online) networking models and transferable skills

• Building (self-)confidence

• Practicing case studies / job interviews
